Q: What if I exceed my transfer or storage limit?
A:  We will suggest either upgrading to the Extra plan, and/or charge an additional $20.00 per gig over the allotted transfer amount. If you wish to purchase extra storage, it is available for an extra $20.00 monthly for an additional 200MB.
     We suggest keeping an eye on your stats in your control panel. This will give you a good idea of how much transfer you are using. Remember, the bigger the file (mp3's etc.) the more bandwidth used.

Q:  How do I use the Control Panel?
A:  Read the manual before making any changes, and remember to always make a backup of your files!

Q:  Can I host porn?
A:  No. You will be dropped from our server.

Q: Do you have any other hosting plans?
A: We offer only the Basic and the Extra plan at the moment.

Q: Do you accept Discover cards?
A:  We currently accept only Visa, Mastercard, American Express or certified checks or money orders.

Q: I need a site built. Can you help me?
A:  Yes we can! E-mail us a detailed plan of what you want & we will get back to you with a quote.

Q: How long does it take for my domain to be on the web?
A: Once we process your payment it usually takes 24-72 hours for the domain transfer to work it's way through the Internet. In the meantime, you are free to upload to your new IP address assigned to your domain.

Q: Any discounts available?
A: Besides our quarterly and yearly discounts (see hosting plans) we offer a $5.00 monthly discount to senior citizen projects, non-profit organizations, student projects, and any form of starving artist. (Proof required upon sign-up)

Q: Why don't you offer "unlimited traffic"?
A: Servers with "unlimited traffic" are usually abused by the porn industry, and your site, if hosted on such a server will more than likely be crammed onto a server that will not handle the bandwidth, causing degraded performance.
